I sent the following response to dailysouthtown.com (not to Mr. Kadner personally)

"I will no longer be visiting your site. I found Phil Kadner’s article on 10/21/07 titled “Foreign orphans better than ours” to be both uninformed and full of hatred. He obviously didn’t do his homework. If he is going to slam an entire group of people, who willingly and aggressively open their hearts and homes to children who have no one to loves and care for them, he should do a little more research into what their motivations are. The US foster care system makes it almost impossible to adopt a child, frequently returning children to their drug using, abusive parents. I for one would like to know how many children Mr. Kadner has adopted. He must be father to many American orphans as he has obviously crowned himself an “expert” on the subject.
I am disappointed in the poor choice he made in writing this article showing his ignorance.
I am also disappointed in your poor choice of posting it.
You lost many readers… and trust me, we won’t be back.
A mother never forgets."

Maybe they will remove him if enough people speak out. He's an idiot.
