I saw this post at Budget Barbie and wanted to share. The full article is here. This is my cliff note version. Budget Barbie found John Soules Foods "Angus Beef Fajitas" at Costco. It's $9.99 for a 24 oz. (1.5 lbs.) package of pre-seasoned, pre-cooked Angus beef. A cut of good quality beef for under ten dollars, much less Angus beef, which runs almost $10 for an 8 oz. cut. So try it. Since it's pre-cooked, all you have to do is reheat in oven, on stove or in microwave. Saute your veggies and heat the tortilla's up in the microwave and top off with some shredded lettuce, mix cheeses and sour cream. The package says it serves 8 but we all know that if you add some rice, bean, chips and salsa...it can feed more than that. Easy, Cheap AND Quick!!!
So who's coming and bringing the Margaritas??? LOL
